ARAMIS Rugby signs 5-Year deal with Manu Samoa

Aramis Rugby will be the new Training and scrimmaging equipment partner for Manu Samoa thanks to a five-year partnership announced today between the France Rugby World Cup Official Partner, Aramis Rugby and Lakapi Samoa.

Aramis Rugby will also be on the Front of Jersey Partner for the 2022 Northern Hemisphere Tour and vintage wear partner for 2023.

From November this year, Manu Samoa fans can catch all their favourite team’s training with the best equipment in Samoa and around the World.

Aramis Rugby’s CEO Vikas Mahajan says: “We are pleased to partner with Manu Samoa, one of the best teams in the world, and assist them with their training equipment needs, scrum machines and create a line of Vintage wear that the fans will love to wear all year around. We are also very honoured to be on the front of the Manu Samoa jersey, this is a significant moment for Aramis Rugby”

Following recent changes to international eligibility rules from World Rugby, teams like Manu Samoa could see a talent injection from former international players representing other nations who were previously barred from transferring to their country heritage’s union after a three-year stand down and approval from World Rugby now the criteria to make that a reality. These changes are likely to set the scene for an action-packed season of rugby ahead against some of the top nations for June-July next year. If past years, and recently with the dominant Pacific Nations Cup win, are anything to go by, the pride-provoking Siva Tau and high energy crowds are sure to be a draw card.”

Throw in the mix the addition Manu Samoa’s qualification for the 2023 Rugby World Cup, and the blue pacific fanfare will have an action-packed few years ahead of them as their team prepares for France 2023.
“The new, partnership with Aramis Rugby means a lot to Lakapi Samoa,” said Vincent Fepuleai, CEO Lakapi Samoa. We know that Aramis Rugby will allow us to use the best equipment possible and look after our fans as well. We have a strong team and with the elite sports market in the Southern Hemisphere, we’re ready to make our mark. I am excited that we are partnering with Aramis Rugby on a journey which takes us to the Rugby World Cup in France and beyond.”
