Lakapi Samoa is seeking an experienced and inspirational Head Coach to lead the Manusina – Samoa Women’s National Rugby Team into its next high‑performance cycle.
About the Role
The Manusina Head Coach will provide overall leadership of the Samoa Women’s National 15s programme, responsible for team selection, coaching, and game planning while driving performance, culture, and player development pathways. The role oversees all on-field and off-field standards, leads team preparation for international competitions—including Rugby World Cup campaigns—and establishes a strong high-performance environment for both players and staff.
